Whirlwind of Emotions

Through this pain, I learn to live
Through you, I learn to forgive
Through myself, I learn to care
Through you, I learn to share

In moments, its all but gone
This whirlwind of emotions
With each lingering for eternity
Each time a different concoction

Yet in all of these moments
The one thought that eluded me
Was of Love, and of attachment
As if, human, i could never be

The mind full of reason
Wanting to light the darkness within
The heart full of poison
Wanting to chuck the light in bin

The sadness then mounts on face
The pity mingling in beside
The heart takes precedence
While the brain tries to hide

And then the sudden unexpected joy
Brought on by the loneliness
Ah! But its the only time
Brain and Heart agree together

A moment of pain, A moment of care
Few moment of lust, None for love
Reason fights with pleasure
And i stand there and watch
